EXHIBITION AGREEMENT

Article 1. The mixed exhibition, which is planned to be organized within the scope of the International Communication and Art Symposium and Exhibition (ILSANS), will accept works from all art disciplines and sub-disciplines. The group exhibition, which is planned to be designed as a multimedia or transmedia organization, can be attended with moving images (video), sound, and still image works (picture, photograph, graphic, etc.). In case of approval of the exhibition curators and juries, individual exhibition applications can also be evaluated.

Article 2. Each artist can participate in the group exhibition with a maximum of 2 works, and the condition that these works have not been published on any platform/media before and that they have not received an award in a competition before is observed.

Article 3. In the design process of the works, artists have the freedom to use all kinds of methods, techniques, and tools/equipment that are customized, singular or mixed. The artist is also free to exhibit all the performance setups in his work, in which he can express his art, and this freedom is among the most important values of ILSANS.

Article 4. Applications to the group exhibition can be made digitally through the exhibition application automation on the ilsans.com website until 15.08.2021. The visual of the work to be sent to the exhibition should include a perspective that will reflect the content aesthetically and accurately, and digital manipulation should not be done if it is not fed by a CGI technique in its essence.

Article 5. To design an imprint describing each work, information about the work must also be added to the submission.

Article 6. The still visual work or works to be sent must be in 300 DPI resolution and JPEG format. Animated video and audio works are should not exceed five minutes and are expected to be uploaded in formats compatible with platforms such as Youtube.

Article 7. The participation fee for the exhibition is 200 TL (15$). The second work of the same artist is 150 TL (10 $).

Article 8. Each participating artist will be given a Certificate of Participation and an e-catalog will be prepared.

Note: The exhibition is open to all disciplines, especially Painting, Printing, Photography, Ceramics, Tile, and Traditional Turkish Arts (Carpet, Illumination, Calligraphy, Miniature, and Textile).
